I went to
Saraga, which is a huge international food store in Indianapolis, to pick up some pantry items and veggies. I was in the Korean/Japanese aisle when I realized I should have posted a picture of the mix I used yesterday. You should be able to find it at any Asian grocery.

video on green onion pancake and she has a recipe for the batter.
