Vitamix CIA Professional Series Blender - Brushed Stainless Steel (Google Affiliate Ad)
Ingredients:
- 1/2 frozen or fresh berries; my bag of frozen has dark cherries, strawberries, blueberries, and pomegranate
- 1 banana
- 1 yogurt cup
- 1 cup of almond milk
- Scoop of powdered wheat grass
You should get two servings. Silly me I forgot that Dillon is allergic to bananas. But that just means there's more for me! And I usually it will keep me full for hours. And I say it is healthy-ish because it does have a lot of sugar from the yogurt I used and of course the berries. But you know I can't always stay away from sugar. And I say it's better than getting a sugar fix from candy bars.
